Hi everyone! I thought I would change things up a bit and do a requested video about my diet and fitness routine.
This is another long one, I edited it to be as short as I could. In the first part, I cover my workouts….what I have tried in the past and what I am currently doing.
At around 15 minutes, I start telling you about the diet I am on(and off! lol) The Fast Metabolism Diet is working for me, but your results will vary.
This is my first more “personal” video, so please be kind! I know I am long winded and I can talk…and talk. Some people will like it and some won't. and that's ok. Just please be nice if you hate it.
