This spot is on your tummy four fingers below your belly button. Press for 5 minutes twice every day.
– How to reduce appetite
This particular acupressure point is located on the face. It's exactly where the cupids bow is located underneath your nose. Press that spot with your index finger using circular motions.
– How to treat insomnia point
This acupressure point is located on your feet. It is 2 fingers below your big toe and your index toe. Massage that spot 30 times for 5 seconds.

– Belly acupressure point.
You can find this point by pressing on your belly button. Then, 4 fingers above your belly button is exactly where you need to press to activate this trick. Press with your index finger using circular motions for 2 – 3 minutes.

This point is located exactly one finger above your belly button. Press it using circular motions for 2 – 3 minutes
